Designed in collaboration with genre-hopping virtuoso John 5, the Ghost Telecaster blends classic Fender feel with contemporary hardware and electronics. A custom Medium C maple neck, 9.5 inch radius fingerboard and 22 narrow tall frets give you fast, precise playability, while the hardtail 6 saddle bridge and locking tuners provide the stability you need for aggressive riffing, tight palm-mutes and searing leads.
The John 5 Ghost Telecaster is loaded with a pair of DiMarzio D Activator humbuckers that deliver the punch, tight low end and razor-sharp attack associated with active pickups, while still retaining the organic dynamics and response of a passive design. From saturated rhythm tones to articulate leads and cutting cleans, these pickups stay clear and defined, even under extreme gain.
A simple control layout keeps you connected to your playing. A single master volume knob and a 3 position toggle switch give you instant access to each humbucker or both together, making it easy to find the right sound mid song. The dedicated killswitch opens up stutter effects, rapid rhythmic chops and dramatic silences at the flick of a finger, perfect for adding flair to live performances.
The custom John 5 Medium C neck profile offers a familiar, comfortable feel that suits both rhythm and lead work. Combined with a 9.5 inch radius maple fingerboard and 22 narrow tall frets, it provides an ideal platform for precise bends, fast runs and clean chord work. Red dot inlays and side dots not only complete the Ghost aesthetic, they also make it easy to stay oriented under stage lights.
Visually, the Ghost Telecaster is unmistakable. The Arctic White body and matching headcap are offset by a 1 ply mirror pickguard, red pickup covers and a red speed knob, creating a striking stage presence. Under the hood, a hardtail 6 saddle Tele bridge and deluxe cast/sealed locking tuners ensure solid tuning stability and accurate intonation, so your sound is as tight and reliable as your look.
The Fender John 5 Ghost Telecaster takes the timeless Tele shape and twists it into a sleek, high-gain machine purpose-built for modern rock and metal. With its stark Arctic White finish, blood-red accents and dual DiMarzio D Activator humbuckers, this is a signature model that looks as bold as it sounds, delivering crushing tones, rock-solid tuning and a stripped-back control layout that keeps you focused on performance.
