This guitar features a Relic lacquer finish, which gives it a classic, well-worn appearance that exudes vintage charm. The 2-piece select alder body provides a resonant and balanced tone, while the rift sawn maple neck, with a 1969 "U" back-shape, offers a comfortable, robust feel. The round-laminated rift sawn maple fingerboard, with a 9.5" radius and 21 narrow tall frets, ensures smooth playability and precision. It is equipped with a trio of Custom Shop hand-wound pickups: a Texas Special single-coil Strat bridge pickup, an RWRP Fat '50s single-coil Strat middle pickup, and a '69 single-coil Strat neck pickup. The Strat wiring includes a 1/2 blender and tone saver for enhanced tonal flexibility. Additional features include a 5-way switch, a 3-ply parchment pickguard, and a vintage-style synchronized tremolo with bent steel saddles. The guitar is also fitted with Fender/Schaller vintage “F” style tuning machines and an American Vintage '65 string tree. It comes with a deluxe hardshell case, strap, and certificate of authenticity.
