The 1959 Les Paul Standard Reissue utilizes timeless, traditional Les Paul tonewoods with a solid mahogany body and neck, plus a AAA flame maple top. The result is a responsive sound and mellow clean tones that morph into thick, gargantuan power when paired with a dirty amp. The Les Paul Standard Reissue’s smooth mahogany neck features a ‘59-style Rounded C profile, topped with a 24.75-inch scale rosewood fingerboard for welcoming playability, and the neck is further enhanced with a long neck tenon that extends slightly into the body for added sustain and improved durability.
